2020 has been a chaotic year for us all.
As daily life has our minds whirring, sometimes we could do with a little help to get in the right frame of mind for a dog training session.
Use this meditation before you train if you are feeling insecure or unsure about your capabilities, that of your dog, or if you have had a hectic day and you wish to let everyday worries go before you train.
