How Can Members Update Their Information

Society Members have an ongoing subscription and there may be times when you want to update you credit card information or billing address. There may also be times when you have to update this information if a subscription payment failed and your account has been placed into overdue status.

Our Members  can easily manage their details right from their My Account page.

Updating Your Details Including Your Address: 

Step 1 –  Members need to log into account on the LWDG and go to the My Account page.

Step 2 – On your My Account page you can update all your general details.

Updating Your Card Details: 

Step 1 –  Members need to log into account on the LWDG and go to the My Account page.

Step 2 – On your My Account page you’ll see a section called Subscriptions.

All active and overdue subscriptions  will be listed in the Subscriptions section. Overdue subscriptions are indicated by a icon on the right. 

**** NOTE: If you do not see an update billing details link in the Subscriptions area, this means that you have created the subscription using PayPal and will have to adjust any necessary information in your PayPal account directly. ****

Step 3 – You should click on the update billing details link next to the subscription that they want to update the billing details for. This will pop up an Update Billing Details dialog.

The billing address you originally used to purchase the subscription will be prepopulated for you. Now you can fill out your new credit card information and update the billing address if necessary.

Step 4 – Finally, you need to click the button update  to commit the changes. If there is a past due balance, the payment will be retried once the information is updated. So, for overdue subscriptions, after the updated billing information is successfully accepted by the onsite payment method, the status of your subscription will automatically be updated to active.
